Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligibility

The soft toy must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

All tags, original packaging, and accessories must be intact.

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Customized, personalized, or discounted products are non-returnable.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with:

Reason for return

Images (if the product is damaged or defective)

Our support team will guide you through the return process.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection.

If Approved:

Refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

Processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If Rejected:

  • The item will be shipped back to your delivery address.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect soft toy, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.


Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer:
